Whatever Dr. JIm Troxell does, he is firm, positive  and enthusiastic in his approach. Dr. Troxell was born in Wildwood, New Jersey and received his primary and secondary education in Middletown, Indiana and Wildwood, New Jersey.  After graduating Magnum Cum Laude from Sherman College of Chiropractic, he interned at the famed B.L.Black Clinic, recieving his license to practice in South Carolina in 1984.

Dr. Troxell has recieved numerous awards, certificates and diplomas.  These include, Magna Cum Laude graduate of Sherman College of Chiropractic, Diplomat National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Member of the International Chiropractic Honor Society, Member of Oxford's Who's Who of Extraordinary Professionals, Member of the American Chiropractic Association and an Eagle Scout.

Dr. Troxell has served as district representative to the board of directors of the South Carolina Chiropractic Assocation.  He also served as membership chairman.  Dr Troxell is also an Eagle Scout and has served as the Scoutmaster of the local Boy Scout Troop for over 20 years.
Dr.  Troxell and his wife, Gwen, have three daughters, Rebecca, Ryann and Rylie whom all share their parents' love for life.
