Jim Troxell, DC

Dr. Jim Troxell was born in Cape May, New Jersey and received his primary and secondary education in Middletown, Indiana and Wildwood, New Jersey. After graduating Magnum Cum Laude from Sherman College of Chiropractic, he interned at the famed B.L. Black Clinic, receiving his license to practice in South Carolina in 1984.
A firm believer in the basic worth of every individual and the incredible healing power of the body, Dr. Troxell is a true doctor of the people.  Active promoting chiropractic, Dr. Troxell has lectured in the field of Personal Injury. 
Dr. Troxell has served as district representative to the board of directors of the South Carolina Chiropractic Association. He also served as the membership chairman.
He is also a diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, member of the International Chiropractic Honor Society, Member of Oxford's Who's Who of Extraordinary Professionals, Member of the American Chiropractic Association, Member of the South Carolina Chiropractic Association, Served as the Scoutmaster for Troop 805 in North Myrtle Beach for 20 years and is an Eagle Scout.
Dr Troxell and his wife, Gwen, have three daughters, who share their parents love for life.  
Dr. Troxell has dedicated his life to healing the body, spirit, and mind. He believes that chiropractic treatment is the most sensible and effective way to treat many common health problems. He also believes in the preventative power of chiropractic care.
